As a child, Kevin was more interested in lightning bugs and string theory than in anything automotive. Even so, his parents got him a Hot Wheels for his eighth birthday. Kevin was somehow able to add NOS to the electric motor and had the fastest Barbie Corvette on the block. Things became less fun when he got his girlfriend pregnant at the age of 10. Fortunately she was 22 and had a job to pay for the expenses. Unfortunately she disappeared six months later. Kevin decided to tone things down a bit and just be a regular kid for a while. Once in college he was able to get a Doctorate of Awesomeness within three years. During that time he also climbed K2, discovered a new element, and won a bowling tournament. Between dating supermodels and just generally winning at life, Kevin renewed his interest in automobiles when he spectated a rally on one of his many trips to Monte Carlo. He returned to Colorado and began competing in the local events.
Kevin rolled his rally car in 2011, and then rolled his brother’s rally car during a fun run in 2013. In rally, people say it’s not “if” you crash it’s “when” you crash. However, it seems that crashing is a certainty with Kevin, so he’s been confined to the co-driver’s seat with the BKRT.
